When you die you're dead, dead but alive, like By Gale Acuff

Updated: Nov 11, 2024

a WANTED poster but the but is or

and there's a reward in both cases, if

you die and go to Heaven Heaven it

-self is it and if you go to Hell, well,

maybe Hell's better than nothing and if

you're a dangerous criminal you're worth

something even though you're nothing and it's

funny, I could say the same about me

--for a ten-year-old I'm not worth a damn

but to God and Jesus and the Holy

Ghost I'm valuable, even priceless, so

says my Sunday School teacher, who should know

because she's not worth too much herself but

don't tell her I said so. She's got feelings.
